Jeremiah Jackson Founder & CEO.

Jackson may just be the most grounded person you meet, both figuratively and literally. Born and raised in the outskirts of Atlanta, perseverance and self-discipline were core family values. So, it wasn’t a surprise when he left his job in 2009 for a part-time minimum wage bouncing job at an Atlanta club to make time for pursuing his largest passion: body building.

A couple of years into this routine and a competition win under his belt, Jackson was approached by a customer to provide security for a weekend show. What he thought would be a one-off job eventually led to occasional private security coverage for high-profile clients.

He then spent 2013-2015 touring internationally with Cash Money artists, but always found the time to return home and stay loyal to the first club which gave him the knowledge and foundations for his expertise today.

In 2015, Jackson was asked to tour with Party Next Door and the Summer Sixteen tour with Drake and Future instantly followed. Operational and venue logistics were just two aspects of the jobs that he had to learn quickly while international travel, team coordination and self-awareness were three heavy investments every man on those teams had to make. Not long after both successful tours, he was made a permanent addition to Drake’s private security team, both on and off tour.
It was this experience that catalyzed the founding of Precise Protective, an executive protection and private security services company. Jackson also hopes it will allow him to give back to his industry by providing a knowledgeable community through which people can launch their security careers.
“People always ask me how they can succeed in this business. There’s no one way – for me, it was always about knowing how to stay calm in situations and being aware of myself and my environment at all times. I’m very lucky to have a career that allows me to develop both my passion and my mindset, and I want to help other people feel just as rewarded. Know your own skill set, be self-aware and be smart. Most of all, always be willing to learn. I know it’s tough out there, but people do go from nothing to everything – I’ve seen it.”
